Return Policy

The BattleBots Store offers both standard stock items and special order items.

Standard Stock: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. 

Standard Stock Items include the following:

  • BattleBots Logo Shirts
  • BattleBots Branded Bot Shirts
  • BattleBots Hats
  • BattleBots Bags

Special Order: Special order items can not be returned. If ordering a special order shirt, please carefully review the size charts, and order up a size if you are unsure. If you believe your special order item to be defective, please submit a return request within 7 days of receiving your item.

Special Order Items include the following:

  • Team Shirts
  • Calendars
  • Posters
  • Decals

Delivery Information

Stock Status

The BattleBots Store ships some items from stock, and other items are produced once an order has been placed. Please check the stock status of an item prior to ordering to determine the lead time. If an order consists of items with different stock statuses, the order will be held until all items are ready to ship. If you need "In-Stock" items sent out right away, please order these separate from other items.

Stock Statuses Include:

  • "In-Stock": Items ship the same or next business day via the shipping method selected at checkout
  • "2-3 Days": Items are made-to-order and take 2-3 days to produce
  • "7-10 Days": Items are made-to-order and take 7-10 days to produce
  • "2 Weeks": Items may take up to 2 weeks to ship
  • "Downloadable Product": Item is available for download once payment has been confirmed. Go to "My Account" > "Downloads" 

Multiple Shipments

Some items ship from different locations, or must ship separately due to special packaging requirements. In this case, you will see multiple shipping charges listed on your order. If part of your order ships out first, you will receive a "partial shipment" notification via email with tracking information.


All credit card transactions are processed directly through PayPal. Once payment has been confirmed, you will receive an email confirming your order. Once your order is complete, your order will be marked "shipped" and a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Customs Information (International Shipments Only)

You as the buyer are responsible for additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Import charges can widely vary, but are typically based on the price and type of item, package weight/dimensions, origin country, duties, and fees of the destination country. As we can not properly predict what these charges will be, we do not calculate or collect these fees at time of purchase. As a result, you as the buyer may have to pay these fees/taxes upon receipt of your merchandise.
